Delete Your One Touch Account
At One Touch, you stay in control of your personal data.
You can request the deletion of your One Touch account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to submit your request, what happens after we receive it, and what data may be deleted or retained.
1. Request the deletion of your account
To request the deletion of your One Touch account, send us an email at:
[contact@onetouch.gg]
Please send your request from the email address associated with your One Touch account whenever possible.
Use the subject:

In your email, simply tell us that you would like to permanently delete your One Touch account and its associated personal data.
You do not need to provide a reason for closing your account.
2. We receive and verify your request
Your account deletion request is received by From the French, the company responsible for One Touch.
We will use the information provided in your request only to identify your account, process your request and, where necessary, communicate with you about the deletion.
For security reasons, we may ask you to provide additional information if we have reasonable doubts about your identity or need to confirm that you are the owner of the account concerned.
We will never ask for more information than reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
3. We delete your One Touch account
Once your request has been verified, we will proceed with the deletion of your One Touch account.
This means that you will permanently lose access to your account and to the One Touch services associated with it.
Account deletion may include the deletion or anonymization of data associated with your account, such as:
- Account and profile information
- Email address and account identifiers
- Game progression
- Card collection and other in-game content
- Game history and activity associated with your account
- Preferences and account settings
- Other personal data associated with your use of One Touch
Once your account has been permanently deleted, your account, progression and collection cannot be restored.
4. Some data may need to be retained
Deleting your One Touch account does not necessarily mean that every piece of information is immediately removed from all of our systems.
In accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, From the French may retain certain information when this is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal or regulatory obligation
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Maintain the security and integrity of our services
Any data retained for these purposes will no longer be used for the normal operation of your One Touch account and will only be kept for as long as legally or reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Where applicable, data may also remain temporarily in secured backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted according to our retention procedures.
5. We confirm the deletion
We will process your request without undue delay and respond to you within the timeframe required by applicable data protection law.
Under the GDPR, we will normally respond to your request within one month of receiving it.
If your request is particularly complex, this period may be extended in accordance with the GDPR. If this happens, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Once your request has been processed, we will confirm the outcome by email.
6. Your data protection rights
