3. Eligibility and Account Registration
Access to the Game requires the creation of a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account.
The Game is intended for users who have reached the age of digital consent in their country of residence (15 in France). Users below that age must obtain the consent of the holder of parental authority before creating an account or making any purchase.
4. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, From the French grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
5. User Conduct

6. Virtual Items and Currency
The Game may include virtual currencies and digital items (cards, bundles, cosmetic items). You acknowledge that such items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, do not constitute personal property, and remain licensed by From the French. Purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Game — including game design, artwork, card mechanics, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to From the French. The cards are original creations. Where the name, image, or attributes of a real person appear (such as those of our ambassador), they are used under a written licence or authorisation. The Game claims no official affiliation with, endorsement by, or licence from any football club, league, federation, or competition unless expressly stated. You are granted no rights other than those expressly set out in these Terms.
8. Updates and Modifications
From the French may modify, update or discontinue the Game or any feature, rebalance gameplay (including cards and mechanics), and change pricing, availability or content, at any time, with or without notice.
9. Suspension and Termination
From the French may suspend or terminate your access at any time, in the event of a violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or technical or security concerns. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will give you prior notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. From the French does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, availability at all times, or the absence of bugs or vulnerabilities. This does not affect mandatory legal guarantees owed to consumers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, From the French shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, progress or virtual items, or service interruptions or technical failures. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Discontinuation of the Game
If we permanently discontinue the Game, we will, where reasonably possible, give you advance notice through the Game or the Site. From the announcement of discontinuation, we will stop offering paid in-app purchases and randomised content. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have in respect of items already purchased.
13. Personal Data
The Game collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your relationship with us.
14. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge after first submitting a written complaint to our customer service. The mediator designated by From the French is: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — www.cm2c.net.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts; a consumer may also bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
16. Changes to the Terms
From the French may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
